Several of our dance teachers began their dance journey right here at Starshine and have now chosen to pass on their skills and talent to the younger generation. PAMELA SCHILD
FM.B.T.D.A - Principal, Examiner/adjudicator
With over five decades of experience, Pamela founded Starshine Stage School in 1970. Her legacy has seen students excel in the professional industry, become All-England champions, and even perform in the West End and at Disneyland Paris. She takes immense pride in the school's achievements and is confident that the excellent team of teachers will continue to make dreams come true.
PETRINA EDWARDS
Principal M.B.T.D.A
Petrina, who started her dance journey under Pamela at 2, passionately guides children and adults in various dance styles. She focuses on helping students exceed their potential by achieving outstanding examination grades and winning numerous awards in competitions and championship finals. At Starshine Stage School, every child is given the opportunity to shine regardless of their ability.
AMY EDWARDS
Teacher
Amy, a vital part of the family business, learned from her mother and grandmother, and she has been involved with Starshine Stage School since she was 1 year old. As a teacher, she delights in nurturing children's talents, encouraging them to step beyond their comfort zones, and pushing their boundaries. Dance is not just her profession; it's in her blood.
